BIO
Jacqueline Delibes

I was born in mid-air…

…hovering over the sea between France, England, and the Netherlands.

Breakfast was buttered toast with chocolate sprinkles.

At four, I slept on a bed of pine needles and became best friends with the jonquils in our luscious garden.

Or, the turbulence and intensity of my unpredictable home life prepared me magnificently for the work I do now. And the world we live in.

Although my early environment was challenging, it grew my intuition and empathy. I developed a sense of “knowing,” a spontaneous navigation system to help me to read people and situations so I could help them.

I create and hold a sacred space in which individuals and teams can soar and expand in unexpected ways.

I’ve met spirited characters:

  • working in film editing and production (HBO, CBS, PBS)

  • writing for private clients and publications (USAToday, Huffington Post, Whole Life Times, Women.com)

  • training and working as an actress and improviser (HB Studio, Improvolution, The Second City).

  • I’m also certified in an evidence-based healing technique (HeartMath) that lowers stress and reduces emotional reactivity.

At New York University, I studied film directing, training that fosters ensemble thinking and champions the talents of others.

Sensitive directors make their teams feel valued, a template I use to help clients develop their own leadership and unique voice.
